Lauren Bogosian

Nice to meet you! I am Lauren, the artist behind Love, Grace.

I discovered painting and drawing at a young age but really kept up with it as a hobby around the age of 17. My love for art continued to evolve and in 2014 I picked up a pointed pen. From then, I happily began providing calligraphy services for clients (shout out to my best friend for trusting me to do my first real envelope order for her wedding!). From there, my artwork and traditional pointed pen calligraphy evolved into modern calligraphy fonts that I have created, hand-lettering, wood sign making, lettered quote prints, art prints, and so much more!

I became a mom in June 2023 and cannot imagine anything more fulfilling. During my maternity leave, I realized I need to take a step back from my calligraphy business and refocus. I am now happily painting for myself and sell the occasional art print.

Along with art, I have always had an interest in fashion, interior design, and travel which makes me spend wayyy too much time scrolling through Instagram & Pinterest looking at inspo. I feel like the easiest thing people can do is share their knowledge but today, when it seems like everything is an ad, we all just want some real ideas! So my @lifewithlaurenb Instagram account and the blog here do just that! Aside from art, I dive into lifestyle, style, travel, DIY, and home decor in my blog, while keeping it real.

Wondering what Love, Grace even means? The more I created the art of calligraphy, the more I thought about the lost art of writing snail mail. Thinking of someone writing their loving closing at the bottom of their personalized, and meaningful, note makes me realize that hand written words still matter. The name, Grace was my Grandma’s name and I always thought it was so beautiful.

Get to know me! I am based out of the Jersey Shore, which is where I was born and raised, so naturally I love the beach. I LOVE dogs and don’t understand people who don’t. You can find me running or working out daily (it’s my escape from reality). Slurpees are life. I probably have a bigger obsession with Disney and Disney World than the average toddler.
